OK do you peeps think it will bring $40.

Yes, or maybe a trio of MY duckles!

Sorry but the closest to having ducks here will be the ones I make and never have to feed.

Oh -- you have no idea what you are in for. Might be best for you to move to Idaho or sumptin. This thread is scary fast.

And, as I said earlier: Don't take a thing I say seriously, unless you should, and then don't.

Come and and live with the cool kids! Where the colored eggs, crazy hairdos, feathered feet, curled feathers, and puffy cheeks are abound!

Hey I have many shades of boring brown and pink and blue and green and olive. But do you have cool little 32oz birds that lay awesome LARGE eggs.

I had someone out this morning to find out why we still have a huge puddle in our yard. He thought he found a leak, but was not certain. He turned off the water that leads to the irrigation system which we have not used till 2009. He said he'd be back to repair it when the yard dried so he does not have to lose his shoes in the mud. He bailed the water out of the hole and the control box, and said if the leak was in the irrigation system, this would dry the yard out. Well, applesauce! Now there is an even bigger puddle and the control box has water flowing out the top! This means the leak is somewhere on that bramble covered steep slope between the main on the street and my lawn. I can't imagine the prep work it will take to clear that all out before the digging can even begin!

I've been pulling weeds and blackberries for most of the day, and my yard does not look any different

Then I went to the Farmers Market and when I was standing in line for some food, a bee stung my arm - I did not even do anything to it! A moment earlier the other people in line were flipping out and swatting the bees away. I tried to stay still and ignore them. It didn't work. Didn't much feel like staying for the concert after that. DD and her friend were whining that it was too hot out and they wanted to go in the pool, so I wouldn't have enjoyed it anyways.

I sat out in the yard and watched the chickens. I can use some of that bottle of Chardonnay.
