I also have the spary bottle of bleach solution, sponge, cutting board & paper towels.
Spary & wipe everything down.
% gallon bucket with trash bag inside for the guts & a large container filled with cold water for the edible insides (AKA liver & heart & if you clean the gizzard that goes in there too)
Garbage can with plastic bag in it for the feathers, a rubber apron for the bird to lay on whilst you pluck.
And a lawnchair to sit in while you pluck.
I have a SS sink outside for my dirty deeds.

Especially the drill............EWWWW now they have you drink a bit of concoction prior (like when you have a colonsoscopy) and you remember nothing...
