Make the trademark transparent over the center of the image in the picture.

Hey call ducks, good idea. It is split into three images. Unfortunately, very easy to save and stitch back with photoshop. D: Took me about three minutes. There are always ways to cheat (even easy ways to get around the way flikr.com makes it so some images save as a seemingly blank file), which is why a very specific watermark tends to work best.

i never i shelled out 100 for photoplus. Also incombation of a watermark ( i am agenst putting them in the middle and across the image). At one time i had that image split up in to about 25.... that was to much to upload to BYC

I have PS Elements, and it came free with my scanner.

Many people have it downloaded illegally though, and even MS paint will work for stitching pics back together. Splitting images is a great option if you are willing to put the time into splitting them up into many, many files and uploading them. Definitely something to consider for people who do not mind spending the time to do that and who do not like their image obscured.

You could even combine a couple of methods, and make it the Fort Knox of images! Depends how much time you want to invest in uploading.

I don't see what the big deal is with running a watermark along the center of your photo for viral purposes. It's not like you can't have the original for yourself and others to see. You're not ruining the only existing photo.

You could easily put three photos together in paint...

Done in less than a minute with GIMP, which is free btw, so anyone can do this.

This is much more effective. I also made this in GIMP, and in under a minute.

If anyone needs help with watermarking or would like me to help them keep your pictures safe by doing this, just shoot me a PM and I would be glad to do this for you!
