The directions say 1 oz per gallon water for 100 chickens. I have five and I don't want to poison them with too much Wazine.

What would be the safest dosage?

Also, is there any side effects for the chickens?

I was told after the chickens drink the water for 24 hrs, dump the rest and start over for another 24 hrs. then quit the dosage.

Also, the manager at the feed store said this brand will kill all worms, not just one or two. Is this correct?

The manager at the feed store is incorrect. Wazine only gets rid of large roundworms. Dose only once for 24 hours only. There are no side effects to cause birds to become ill. Discard eggs for 14 days after dosing your birds. Dosage is always 1 oz per one gallon of water.
