Can you put Wazine directly down a hen's throat instead of mixing it in water? The dosage per hen for the bottle I have would be Wazine-17 at 0.6 ml per hen.

I would say follow the instructions on the bottle. It tells you the amount to put out as the sole water source for chickens for a 24 hour period. Switch to plain water after that. Discard eggs for two weeks. Putting this down your birds' throats directly is risky. Why do you want to do this?

It is easier for me to dose each bird with my set up than to put it in the water. Just wondering. Don't want to hurt them. I dose each one with Eprinex twice a year, but I need to do a round worm treatment at this point.

eprinex = ivermectin. this kills roundworms. just about the only thing piperazine (wazine) kills is roundworms. Ivermectin kills roundworms + just about every other worm +mites too. It doesn't get tapeworms though. Piperazine can be given by mouth. In the water directions are more for people with large flocks. If you have a small flock, you can give it to each bird individually- just weigh them and dose them by weight. SO- if you are giving eprinex, you don't need wazine later. Some people give wazine first as a 'gentler' dewormer, then give ivermectin.
