We found this little guy (or gal) on the interstate, in the city... Any clue what breed, age, and sex it is? His back feathers are torn up, maybe he was used as a game cock?

Aww, glad you found her. She doesn't look like a spring chicken, that's for sure! Most likely why she was there. Deffidently quarentine her, you never know what diseases she could carry, if I were you, I'd get her tested for some common poultry diseases at the vet, if that's an option.

What makes you think there were male's fighting?

It is quite common. Hatcheries won’t sell OEGs for that reason.

Acctually, they just rescued 40 birds were just rescued from Detroit MI for cock fighting. Detroit is actually a wonderful place BTW, gets a bad rap sometimes, and I'm guessing that doesn't help XD.
