OK, so I peeked! They are still hatching, but I couldn't STAND it, so I peeked! There are 4 Serama babies (in the next to last tray) and in the hatching drawer so far are 3 Barred Bantam Cochins. So far, so good! The Penedesenca babies should start hatching tomorrow [IMG]

The count this morning is 5 Seramas, all light yellow/w darker markings and *11* Barred Bantam Cochins (collected from just 2 hens over a week-good girls!). There's only 2 more Serama eggs in there and I think 1 more BBC...then about 20 Penedesencas due today [IMG][IMG]

All 5 snuggling in my hand [IMG]

The little ones are something else! The cochins are all crapped out, laying around sleeping. The Seramas are bopping all over, pecking at the feed, trying out the water, just BUSY!

Or is it envy? You are hatching babies and we are trying to winterize the coop so the girls don't freeze!
