We Quit Cigarettes

I joined two of these type websites last week or the week before.
I don't like them. People are rude and I don't have time to waste trying to figure out who is who on those sites.

I choose my BYC family.
It’s amazing how addictive sugar is!!! I still struggle with that one
Have a discussion 'bout my sweet tea addiction every three months with my doctor. She told me i can keep my tea if i do more physical labor: Just started to dig up another vegetable bed. Nobody is taking away my sweet tea! - I gave up all soft drinks and most of the treats, but my tea - nope! You need to have at least one unhealthy habit!

I wasn't goi g to start this thread because it's just embarrassing to me.
I'm glad my friend forced me to start it.

I can't believe it actually helped me get through the day.
Thank you all nutters.
Embarrassing... You could pee yourself 😂 then maybe you won't feel so embarrassed about this. You've done amazing!

I am at page 10 but wanted to say, check with your doctor before using nicotine gum or patch, or Wellbutrin, along with the Chantix. Kiki, I am so proud of you for your decision to overcome this addiction! I started smoking at 13, quit at 18, and started again 23 years later like a dope! I battled it for another 17 years and in the end God gave me the victory. Oh, I did try Chantix and it helped immensely. Day 7 was my stop date, and I had no cravings. But, possibly due to my bipolar, I had side effects and had to stop taking it. I wish you all success, it is worth every effort! :hugs
