We Quit Cigarettes

I can smell it when I'm driving with the windows open and my husband can too.

I'm trying to get my dad to quit cigars. I'm going to text him to tell him to take his chantix. I want him to be here for years to come

Ozium. A spritz and close the car up.

Another thing is cigarette smoke ruins the glue that holds the headliner up.

Crush and dispose of those stashed smokes. It will be cathartic.

As soon as I get out of this Starbucks line I'm going buy something to spray in here.

And wash the inside of your windows in the vehicle. Cigarettes leave a film on the windows.

I can't imagine what I would do If my house smelled like my car.

I had a great aunt who used to smoke in her apartment and my grandmother used to clean her apartment for her. The white walls were yellow and really gross. She gave me a old sewing machine that was so nice, but it had layers and layers of nicotine on it. I scrubbed it for weeks and I never could get it off completely. We had to end up throwing away the sewing machine and it was an antique.

When you smoke in your house it gets into everything and if you have central air it gets into all the ducts. You have to end up replacing all of the ducts to get the smell out.

GOOD FOR YOU!!!

I have no “true” addictions, but I do love chips...and if I’m trying to eat less, I just don’t buy them. Dh then complains that “we have nothing to eat” when he wants a snack lol but he’s as bad as I am!
Avoiding temptation is easier if you remove the item, at least for now
