I quit yesterday.
Wait a minute did I actually quit yesterday or did I quit the day before because I did not smoke at all yesterday.

You would have quit the day that you smoked your last cigarette... When was that?

Another thing is cigarette smoke ruins the glue that holds the headliner up.

Crush and dispose of those stashed smokes. It will be cathartic.

I didn't know that! But it perfectly explains why the headliners in all cars my heavy smoking friend has owned fell down after a while.

My husband said when he had a bad experience with them he was hallucinating that his skin was melting off. He stopped doing them shortly after that he was a kid and thought it would be cool to do
