I have horrible wake/sleep habits, years of nightshift has me all jacked. I go to sleep exhausted & wake up exhausted... My mind is nearly impossible to turn off in order to sleep.

Btw... all you quitters are awesome! Everyday is another day closer to winning our struggles (public and private).

The last time I was in TN. My son was watching me outside smoking. When I went in he called my attention to the way I smoke. He said that when I was walking around I just held it it my hand. But when I sat down, I just held it in my mouth. Said he saw me inhale the whole time 4 times. It's going to be the hand to mouth motions for me. I'm going to get a big pack of straws to carry around! You could even chew on it?

BIL used suckers for the hand to mouth habit. He quit suckers a couple months later.

Don't "Try to force it" to occur.
