We Quit Cigarettes

That's the problem, I sleep too late. So I can't go to sleep the nex night. I usually sleep every two or thee nights. It's always worked for me. But it's really hard now. I'm just wearing myself out.
I do the same thing, I do tend to be able to sleep better once daytime rolls around, I don't understand that. I blame years of nightshift working... but who knows?

I've always had insomnia. Then, I have this bi polar manic thing going on. So it's just getting out of hand without the Meds. I don't know what to do?

I haven't smoked today.... starting to go stir-crazy at home though. The bronchitis boy seems fine, the little guy has been sleeping an awful lot today. Pretty sure my kids haven taken every single toy out of BOTH of their toy boxes and scattered them all across the house. They're like little landmines... just laying in wait for you to step or trip on one. Gotta love toddlers. Hoping the puppy will start chewing their toys up faster so I have a good excuse to throw a few away.
Just wait for the....... Legos! Roflol

So, they aren't really testing that many sick people who don't meet the CDC "criteria". Which involves foreign travel, exposure to those who have travelled or tested positive, or seriously ill people suspected of having the virus. My son didn't get tested when he went to the doctor either. But we all know that it is, and has been in our communities for months. I know there aren't that many testing kits supposedly, but I suspect part of it is a cover-up to avoid disclosing the full scope of the situation. Funny, no other countries are having such huge complications with the testing process.
My friend just got diagnosed with bronchitis but they never even tested her for Covid. She has all the symptoms but a temp.

My friends daughter has every symptom and they sent her home without testing her...

This is why it's going to spread.

if you don't like alcohol, you are lucky. I love it! I'd give anything for a bottle right now! It may be a blessing that I can't drive now. Because I feel like I would jump in my Tahoe and go get me one or two! I'm having a bad time.
NO NO NO... Stay strong. You don't need alcohol. I used to drink... A lot. Alcoholism runs in my family. I stopped because my husband quit drinking and we said we would do it together. I used to drink to numb my life after I got my diagnosis. I didn't want to remember that my disease ends in death and there's no other alternative.
