Website errors?

Anyone getting errors like the following?

An error was encountered
File: /home/backyard/public_html/forum/search.php
Line: 493

PunBB reported: Unable to insert search results

Database reported: Duplicate entry '1217035685' for key 1 (Errno: 1062)

I seem to get this error after I've posted (but not always) and then click on "recent posts". Reloading the forum main page seems to then work okay. Using IE 8.0

It is a known issue and we unfortunately haven't been able to find a fix. Fortunately a simple refresh usually brings up the page.

From what we've seen it only happens when people do searches or are looking at "recent posts" and it shouldn't happen when you are submitting a post.

We think we have a way to help reduce the frequency of this error, but it would potentially mean taking down the forum for about 10 hours, so we're waiting to do it until one of the historically slowest days on BYC during December.
