My I week old chick is slumping down to sitting a lot, it's not active like the other chicks and its legs seem to slowly go down from under it.
It's poo is ok, not runny or anything, but there is something wrong. I took it to the vets today and He put it on vitamins and critical care, which it is not keen to take but is getting a few drops every few hours. I can't understand why it's legs seem to keep slowly splaying from under it. Any help greatly appreciated, I don't want to loose it. It is also sleeping a lot under the brooder, but it is still coming out for chick crumb and water. But it is chirping a lot.
Please advice and help as soon as you can, it seems to be worse than when I took it to the vets.
