Week old chick with no skin or fuzz on neck

Week old chick has no skin or fuzz around it's neck. None of the other 20 chicks have anything like this.

Any eruptions of the skin or scabbing?

Looks like there may have been an injury, hard to tell.
Clean the area and if it looks irritated, apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment. Clean and reapply ointment daily or as needed.

What do you mean by no skin? Is it just muscle or is it a scab? Better pictures of the area would help
