weight of your big quail egg

O Yeah, LilRalphieRoosmama, those are biggies! It amazes me that they can lay an egg like that and act like it's no big deal.

I would love to have some but it is to far to drive & I have bad luck with USPS & eggs. I have $25 invested & have 3 Coturnix quail from hatched eggs.

So, i finally got my bigun weighed and (if you can see the pics) it weighed in at 0.7 oz or 20 grams. Not too bad for my little guys

I even included my last feed reciept as proof of (woulda been life)

i got one the other day that weighed in at .8 oz! has anyone out there found one bigger than that? anyone happen to know what the world record is? i tried to google it and couldn't find anything...
