There is a hard shell under the paper skin and it feels like a full egg. Is my duck getting too much shell?
The skin also dripped a bit of clear fluid.
My ducks were bought in April 2019, they have been laying fine since then, I have three so do not know which exactly laid this, there are also three males but only one dominant male and he doesn't hurt anyone.
It is possible I gave them too much shell, but the girls were chewing (I know, but it is the best way to describe) on some tossed empty mussel shells I had in the garden.
Should I be worried?

Is their just normal egg stuff inside? if so then nothing to worry about and I don't think any of our ducks will OD on shells they only eat it as needed. This is probably just a kink in the system. If it's thick all the way through if cut then it could be a lash egg.

According to this link an egg within an egg is due to reverse peristalsis when an egg inside the oviduct goes backward, and while a second is being formed it will envelope that egg complete with it’s own shell and albumen:
