Hi, just got back from picking eggs and I got this interesting one. In one spot it has three wart type things that you can easily rub off and on the bottom there is a brownish spot the brown area is kind of cracked as well. Does anybody know anything?

The bumps are just excess calcium blobs.

Is the shell at the cracked end thinner than the rest?

Do you know which bird laid this, or the ages of the birds in general? Could be a new layer's glitch, or I see eggs like this with my older birds that have trouble forming strong shells.

Hen is little older then a year. Doesn’t seem to be thinner. But is cracked a little. As a matter of fact she is in quarantine right now from pecking out others feathers so I know it is for sure her

You could try adding extra padding to the nest box to help reduce risk of cracking, since chickens stand up right before laying and that can lead to cracked ends especially if the shell on the egg isn't top notch.
