Hopefully they are able to treat him. Or else, worse comes to worst I'll have no choice but to do it myself

Google "avian vet" or "exotic vet" and the name of the biggest city near you. If you cannot find one, find a cat, dog, or livestock vet that will see him, they will be able to help. If you cannot find a vet, let me know and I help help you do this. It's already midnight here, I'll try to visit the vet in my neighbourhood tomorrow as I found online that it's an exotic vet. If they really can't help my duck, then maybe I'll try to get the antibiotics. Thanks for your advice! It really helps me as I knew nothing about my duck's condition. But now I learnt so much!
