For now I'll leave it to the vet visit tomorrow and see how it turns out. I don't think I will have the guts to surgically remove it from him. As I'm no expert here, the last thing I want is to hurt him. But if that's the only option left then it has to be done eventually

Here's an update everyone! I've brought my duck to the vet and got the prolapse removed. My duck didn't even noticed anything and was quiet throughout the surgery. He was also given an injection and some medications for his fever. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The cost was only around RM 120 which is about 30 USD. I was told that he will recover soon but if the penis falls out again, then he might need a surgery to reduce the size of his anal opening. That surgery might cost around RM400/ 100USD.
