Weird growth near butt

I've had this duck for over 4 years now and I don't think it's a penis as when I checked this morning that growth has became bigger

I acquired a duck yesterday with same. I'm investigating so will post if I find answer

I reccomend starting a new thread for better replies. Do you have a vet who can take a look?
Can you show us some photos so we can see the extent of the prolapse?
