Weird Looking Eggs

I have a hen who has laid eggs like this two days in a row now, is this something I should be worried about? If so I will go and try to figure out who’s laying them, but I just want to ask. When I shine a light on it, it looks like there is no yolk.

Shape is funny but otherwise I don't see anything of immediate concern. Have you actually tried cracking one open?

Yes, I cracked one open and there is an egg yolk, I don’t understand why it wouldn’t show when I shined a light on it and if you dog think it’s too concerning I can stop stressing about her

I've never tried candling an egg so it's possible the shell is just too thick or opaque to see through, I'm not sure.

Some birds do have oddly shaped eggs and that might just be her calling card. Or it could be a temporary glitch. As long as she's acting normally I wouldn't worry about it too much at this time.

Okay, I just love my chickens so much I was stressed so much about her
