I found this weird poop while cleaning out the coop today. Looks like intestinal tissue??? I have no idea which chicken it came from. All seem to be acting normal.

Wow, that's weird. Looks like intestinal lining to me too. I thought of gapeworm right away, but it doesn't look alive...

are there recently any changes at all in feed or something else ?
what is their diet and what do they get further from grit to supplements such as garlic in water , applecidervinegar etc ?

Actually, yes. I just bought a different brand of starter/grower food and also introduced a sprinkling of scratch feed yesterday and today. They free range for a bit every day but those things are new.

That could be blood or intestinal shed, but it is good sized. If your chickens are just a couple of months old or less, I would probably get some Corid (amprollium) at your feed store today. Start them on a dosage of 1 1/2 tsp of the powder or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days to treat for possible coccidiosis. It won't hurt them, but they can get sick pretty quickly if it is cocci. It might be due to the change in diet, but I would watch them closely for change in behavior or more blood.
Symptoms to look for are sleepiness, hunched or puffed up appearance, not eating, ruffled neck feathers, and runny poops with mucus or blood. Here is some reading:

noticed the same poop on my new hens and it just vanished after two days , i would not YET do anything else about it but just wait it out ! I notice already to add some things but that is not always neccissary as it can just occur on any change in nutrition and just goes away like that , if it does not you can indeed do what is recommanded by some earlier comment or if you see the need to do so , also good , totally free in your choices and I would say good luck and do not worry too much ( the hen I talk about had even a more messy bloody poop and her poop now today is just ' perfect ' ) keep us up-2-date !

Update: the next day I didn't find anymore weird poop but I did see some with blood. Not a lot, but enough to notice. I know that may or may not signify a problem, but since I was going out of town and leaving my girls under the care of someone not used to their "normal" behavior, I decided to go ahead and treat for cocci. I think they would've been fine, but didn't want to take the chance. But next time I won't panic if I see some weird poop.
