I'm going to say new layer hiccup, except I have not seen the membrane look like that or mostly filled with yolk. What are you feeding and do you supplement oyster shells on the side?
Thank you. We supplement with these on occasion: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WW6R3RD/?tag=backy-20
And also provide this grit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0793JTSNK/?tag=backy-20
I do not use oyster shells at the moment but I am definitely considering it now. Thanks!

Thank you. We do sometimes give them these but not recently: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WW6R3RD/?tag=backy-20
I will stop the treats for now to eliminate this as a variable.
What a lot of people don't realize is that mealworms are really high in fat.
Fat chickens suffer.
Being over weight caused so many problems.

Thank you. I really don't think she is overweight but I didn't realize how fatty these were. We only give them sparingly and I haven't given them in the last week but I will cut back for sure.
