Yeah, they usually free range, but had to be kept in for a more periods recently so I was probably lacking in giving them more grit to compensate...I won't from now on. Thanks!






Edited to add: I do feel a little stupid for not realizing about not giving them enough grit because even as a newbie I know how important it is for them.

I DO Really appreciate the reminder...I really want the best for my flock and don't want them to suffer because I wasn't doing something for them that they needed, especially if it results in something that could have been easily prevented...Ok self flogging over

lol Good to know...makes me feel better. His crop was empty this morning so I'm very happy! I'll take this little bump in the road as something that helps me get better for my birds.
