Weird sounds!

You check to see if she is accumulating air under her skin (sign of a ruptured air sac). That would be extreme though. She might have got pecked or ran into something and is just a bit sore.
My advice would be to keep an eye on her to see if she starts looking lethargic.

when i hold pressure on her chest she peeps and the weird sound goes away
 
Well if it only feels like a little bit of air, it should reabsorb into her body. If it is a lot of air the only other thing to do is to insert a syringe and pull the air out. You would have to do it a few times and then treat with antibiotics.
I don't recommend doing rhis by yourself, I would let a trained professional do this though.
