its hard to tell if theres any but i wouldnt knowWell if it only feels like a little bit of air, it should reabsorb into her body. If it is a lot of air the only other thing to do is to insert a syringe and pull the air out. You would have to do it a few times and then treat with antibiotics.
I don't recommend doing rhis by yourself, I would let a trained professional do this though.

I think Chickens Really meant to say "in distress". What you're describing sounds like it could be a ruptured air sac. These can be caused by injury or respiratory infections.Haha i dont unterstand fancy peoplemans words
