What? That's nuttin. I could top that w/o even unfolding the other half.
Nothing like showing a bit of spunk![]()
He wouldn't be the first male in history, would he nowI'm not sure the cockerel appreciates it. He'd probably prefer if she was docile and let him lord over her![]()

But not in his research, for sure - just on a different planet when it comes to real life, I'd wagerscatter brained academic type is a classic. My dad.
Haha true. I remember most things I read...I just can't remember from whence I read them! The internet has definitely not helped with this - It's way too easy to hop from topic to topic. Most of my "old fashioned" books are earmarked, highlighted, margin scribbled, etc. Ah, for the days of paper and pencil. But not in his research, for sure - just on a different planet when it comes to real life, I'd wager![]()
Excellent post!
So since the ko shamo pullet has been healing up, I decided to try a gentle reintroduction of her and the cockerel. I let them both out to 'free range' in the garage. NOPE. She is a scrapper. Went at him immediately, and he went right back at her. Like a full on rooster fight. Had to split them up pretty quick. Now they're in two pens adjacent to each other, and they are posturing through the wire like two roosters that want to fight. I know they're a game breed but wow.
he always needed a secretary.
He dictated, commanded, and pushed.
Very type A, he has a crazy number of published works.
