Quail is a good idea... my friend raises them for meat too... processing is simple... snip off head, skin, snip backbone out with scissors, split open and clean...
Turk has Bresse... think she likes them... I had some once... didn't like them, nutters every one...

I may have lost a comet youngen. Only found 4 today, and its the male that is missing. He was gonna be Moonshines replacement, but maybe Moonshine knew that and took him out.![]()
