Low 80's and low humidity are my fav too if I don't have any outside work to do, just kickin' back in the shade with a book, (unfortunately we only have a few of those in a normal summer) otherwise I much prefer low 70's, 60's or cooler if there's heavy work to do.

We had a high of 20 today....

I think I'm going to go to Soldotna, AK. My best friend lives up there, and it's currently 46 and sunny, and heading into the 50's next week. Going to start packing now...

When is the trout opener?

So about a week ago I accidentally dropped a dud egg on a good one and cracked it (figures the dud didn’t break) well I’ve tried the waxing but that never worked and because it was such a big crack I couldn’t put wax on it I just scotch taped it, I really didn’t think it would make it more than a couple days but today is Day 21 and it’s still moving.

Well, I’ve only had the first one going for four days now. I ran a fish tank tube through the “vent”, and into the trough for water do I don’t have to keep opening it to add more water...every time I would open it the turners would drop the trays making them jolt to a stop

I thought those had an external fill port. I'm still debating my next incubator. I have 4 running right now, with a Sportsman cabinet from CL, I made a low offer on, the person came back and said ok. Now I'm not sure I want to spend the money on it. Love the Brinseas, but I'm actually quite pleased with the new Nurture Right that I just bought. Another one of them might be my best option.
