Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

lol, I didn't mean it to sound that way... :) she's a pistol and I wouldn't have her any other way... Nod, on the other hand, would probably disagree with me!

Lol, I know, I thought it was funny :p Hopefully she settles down with him so you can get some chicks out of her. Then I'll have great-grandchicks at your place.

Thanks! Yes they are.

I didn’t have a problem with high humidity until hatch, in fact I ran dry the whole time till I added some for lock down and then it started raining and jumped to 90 and I couldn’t get it down.

Oh, ok. I misunderstood that it was humid the whole time.

All my incubators are OFF and no chicks in the house! Sold the last 8 today.
Now, out in my pens is a totally different story. :lau

The Broody (who has been named Sam) has decided that at 4 weeks old her ten babies are more than ready to fend for themselves and has thus stopped caring for them, she’s also laying again.

I hope this crazy heatwave breaks soon! Our animals are just not used to 90o+ at any time but it's only been a few weeks since our last snow storm! I've done everything I can for my birds. Fans 24/7, letting them out super early, ice in the water, every trick I know but I still had to dunk two crazy birds in the rain barrel a little while ago. The dumdums overheated themselves fighting over nestbox.
I know where was spring?

You have to have a book or look up plant material that is regional to your area. with your natural rain youd probably never have to water except to get the plants started.
This is for your garden for butterflies and pretties.... A garden for food is different and I cant help you there. Except for the Aquaponics or plain ole hydroponics.

Even then I can only help with the mechanical end because I havent been through the process yet. I have only done the research and have quite a few links associated. Here in the summer the water gets warm enough for me to raise up Tilapia which require a temperature of 80 degrees. In your area you canprobably raise up fish that require colder water. For PHil he can probably raise up Trout....

Mmmmm...... But bluegills would do just fine....
