Crazy that the emus fit.

It is crazy! I haven't seen him actually do it yet, but Desi does it all the time. I'll turn around and he'll be in there, and then a while later he's back out. The only way it could possibly work is that he must be getting down on his knees and army-crawling in.

We’ve tried a lot of different recipes/marinades/spices etc. and have settled on Dale’s being our favorite.

Well, it has a zipper.

Went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Once we got home the Princess got out the whip and put me to work. We 'killed' autumn/Halloween and emptied the multitude of planters I had going all summer. I then started on Christmas decorations. Put lights on the house and hung a lighted wreath on the chimney. Princess 'had' to come up on the roof and help. She was very uncomfortable there, and I was worried about her. She said, "But you make it look so easy." Exactly why does she think I b*tch every time I have to go up there ? The wreath is new, and it really looks nice. Sad that perhaps 3.5 hours of moderate work can tire me out so. Mom was right when she said, "Gettin' old ain't for sissies."

Sour just leave decorations up all year - that's what the neighbors do. The guy across the field still has a large pumpkin thing turned on.
