Hey! That’s what chat forums are all about. FYI - All newbies to the pond are asked to clean the pond filters at some point or another ... I’d wear an underwater hazmat suit if I were you.

At my first dog show - age 12 -2 entries novice class. I moved my dog the wrong way around the ring. Got the lead and comb tangled up together and could not let go. Judge approached and my dog started screeching at him. But, yes, we got second out of two.

I was hooked. Held the second place ribbon up to the car window, so anyone passing by saw it.

Not as impressive as the girl with the pony but, she should have fed him first.

My thinking was/is people think they will die of embarrassment. But you don't die. You go on to embarrass yourself many,many times in your lifetime. So just enjoy it. Smile broadly and folks will think you did it all as a joke. Works for me.

Good morning Pond Life. The steam is rising off the Pond this morning - it's autumn for sure. Had a good day of soaking rain yesterday. Not a great accumulation, but enough to moisten things a bit.

Good Evening, Pond!
Up late tonight, cleaning house and just enjoying staying up late. I have always loved the night. If I didn't have to conform to society, I don't know that I'd see much daylight. Cleaning because Grandson and Baby Granddaughter and their parents are coming to visit next week! Staying up late doing it so I can run away from home with DH tomorrow.
