Good afternoon Pondies. Much cooler here, after the storm blew through last night. It was around 70 yesterday! I actually got to sit on the back porch to watch tv, and the ducks and chickens in the yard. Down to 45 now, so I think I’ll stay cuddled up inside today.

The same temp swings that are killing me, it was 42 overnight here and 75 in the middle of the day yest. Its headed your way now, the front coming thru was so strong here, 4 people out east of me died in it.

Good evening pond folk .Afternoon was nice sunny and warm.Nice sunset too.Cold now a little bit .Not done dogs and horse to do .Then cook dinner ..

Baby sis and her eldest have lost their minds...

Sis asked me today what color my family would all look good in.... as in spouse, I and all 5 kids are supposed to have matching clothes all in the same color, and she wants to know the color now... since she wants her immediate family in a different but coordinating color... and oldest sis and her kid again in a different and coordinating color.



I said wow, are you kidding?

Then I said wowsers... no way can I wear what I wore to the last wedding I went to....

She asked why...

I answered that it was way too fancy, like 3 times fancier than what the bride was wearing, so I would have to look through my closet and see what i had in nice and casual vacation clothes.

She hung up on me.



Just so you know... last wedding was super fancy, tuxedoes and floor length sparkley dresses.

Niece has picked out a peasant dress in bright red on white.

I wasn't trying to be mean... really....

But wow!

I told spouse that we were supposed to be in matching clothes... it was brought to my attention that we have enough bright red hoodies that we could all wear those with jeans...

But are we supposed to wear red if the bride is wearing red? And I have a feeling that sis will cry if we show up in hoodies.

But if the bride is wearing a peasant dress... why cant we wear hoodies?

This is getting too complicated for me.
