My truck's in the shop right now. Drove it to TSC Saturday morning with no problem, intending to get a couple small bottles of propane, but they don't sell them. Headed out the lane a couple hours later on the way to Lowes & discovered I had no brakes! Original brakes lines rusted through. $500+ later.....

Lowe's was out of small propane bottles. Screwed up day all around!

Hey @room onthebroom - when did you get quail? I suspect there's a story there that I missed!

I just put 32 quail eggs in the incubator yesterday. I'm so happy they're finally laying. As soon as we had exactly 12 hours of daylight they started up again!

I got the 1st Orpington egg since last Summer yesterday. Have 3 Buff hens; all been freeloading all that time.

we are on the edge of rain/mix or snow 1-3 inches depending how it tracks

Same here as far as the wood goes, but I'm going to finish this 2nd cup of coffee first; gotta keep my priorities straight

This'll be at least the 3rd last time this year.
