Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

We've been getting rain. Took this photo of one of our mountains on the way home from shopping. The snow is melting. I know, not a lily pad environment..lol..I can see far far away from my Lily pad.. my glasses help. 🤓. Also thought I would be able to find a spot for these two Forsythia bushes on the bank. My sweetheart used to call them...For Cynthia bushes. ♥️

Good morning, Pond. Looking better from my lily pad this morning.

Maggie is 17 months old. Seizures are scary because there is nothing that you can do. As Maggie was coming out of it she was terrified and tried to bite me. My vet has been my friend for probably 50 years. If I can't 'fix' a problem and call him, he knows it is for real and fits me in immediately. I have told him that if he ever retires I am getting rid of all of my animals.
We had a lab that started having seizures at about a year old. As they became more frequent, we put him on an anti-seizure medication. It helped immensely. He always knew when he was going to have one - he’d come to wherever I was and lean against my leg right before he’d start seizing. He got cancer in his mouth and died at age 10.

The For Cynthia bushes are lovely! There is plenty of room on the bank for them!
