Good morning pond. I took a day off work yesterday for Dr appointments, blood work and an x-ray to see what's up with my knee (is injury that I never had checked out). It's good to have insurance again! We squeezed in DD's driver's test while we were out running yesterday too. We were both super nervous but she passed!

Air quality was at the "very unhealthy" level yesterday at 215. I kept getting headaches while I was outside. It's at 196 this morning. I'm hoping it's going to keep going down since it's back to work today and there's no hiding inside. Everyone stay healthy or there and try to avoid all this smoke!

Good morning, Pond. It’s raining now, but the smoke from Canada made its way down here yesterday. It wasn’t bad, just surprising.
Apparently the dog has been in his box for a while. I thought he was in my bed. Scared the crap outa me when I saw blankets moving.

AQI is over 200, and it's hot and humid on my lily pad. Computer was acting up this morning, but is now miraculously functioning - HP consultants had no idea what was going on, but it spontaneously corrected.

Miserable on my eyes. A couple of weeks ago we had an AQI of over 300 here.
