Ancient female secret

Hubby was in one of their nursing homes one day, and a very elderly lady told him he had huge hands, which he does. She looked down at his feet and said big feet too! She winked at him and said "you know what they say about big hands and big feet" he replied "2 outta 3 ain't bad?" She got the biggest cackle out of that.
