Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Oh, oh...Okay. I gotcha now. I thought you meant someone would get offended from a connotation of the word "pampered." LOL!

"PC" it is then. Which is ironic considering how un-PC my "fowl language" is.

We may offend, but rarely get offended.

sigh......with 6 kids at home, who has time for all that?

sometimes I think the adult pampers is the way to go, especially since most days, I barely have time to wipe.......ehh......

I like your version better tho.

And I bet you can barely go into the bathroom without a little head peeking in the door

Thank goodness. You sound like my kind of flock.

:thumbsup

She's just gonna need a little time. You are doing fine!

Yeah.. Just wish she'd eat. I hate the idea of having to tube her. :(

Wow, I think of vacations at the beach, champagne, flowers, going out to dinner, massages, etc.  :gig  I must be weird.

You mean that actually happens?

Hi, everyone! :frow My name is Beth. Natalie (WVDuckChick) is a friend of mine, and invited me to hang out at "her pond." I've been a lurker on the site for about 4 years. I recently sold my flock of Golden Comets because I was getting tired of handling nearly 3 dozen eggs a day every day, and now I'm rebuilding my flock to include chickens I've just always wanted to have. I am now left with one Speckled Sussex hen, a White Silkie hen, and three juvenile Blue-barred Orpington roos. I have seven Barred Cochin hatching eggs in the incubator, and 15 chicks of varied colors and breeds (all large fowl, cold-hardy, and reportedly docile breeds) coming in April. Thanks for the invite, WVDuckChick!!
good looking chickens you got there ;) welcome to the pond! :frow
howdy PamperedChicken. there is a wealth of health knowledge and fowl knowledge on this thread. But more importantly, there is an overabundance of shenanigans!
Did I hear shenanigans? :weee
Hi, Beth, there's an empty lily pad right over here next to mine. Welcome to the Pond.
Don't trust sour that Lily Pad is empty for a reason  :gig

Hi everyone! Sorry-been out of commission. Wrist has been hurting from therapy and just haven't been feeling great on top of one of my coops having respiratory infections. :he Hopefully everybody had a nice holiday. Everything else is ok here. Lots of babies as usual including 5 on Christmas morning. Got a gorgeous home made chicken quilt Bill had made for me and a really cool picture drawn for me along with home made candy from my Junior chicken friend Alex. I will take pics when I feel a little better. Sebbie eggs finally came today :fl Hope all floating well on the pond. Welcome to all the new comers :frow and :hugs to the old faithfuls :love
