Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Wow.  So the whole family came.  They rescue Clydesdales, have a wallaby, llamas, miniature horses, a "zorse" zebra hybrid, chickens, an Arctic fox, crested ducks of various varieties, and the Call.  And appropriate housing for all of them.

They left here with six call ducklings, 2 Ohiki, and a pair of Seramas.  :)

Awesome!!! :ya

@WVduckchick, out of 11 serama that developed. I have 9 that made it to lockdown. 2 quit around day 15/16

Of the 9 in lockdown, 8 are external and one internal :weee

1 mystery egg quit, 2 are drawndown and 3rd looks like it's getting ready to...

:weee

I forgot I had four turkey eggs due to hatch Sunday.  They already externally pipped, so I took them out of the turner and put them in the hatcher.  :barnie

First run for my new Omaha Steak still air hatcher.

:fl

Go, Red Meat Hatcher!!!

3 of my Ohiki were internally pipped in the turner... oops...

especially when you are almost through the work day before someone says something

Lovely coworkers!! :gig

Am I going to have to do a group calendar? :D

I have only 6 tiny eggs in lockdown, one self-blue external pip so far.

Sure looks like most of us got a little late this round, lol!

That's a great idea! This is a special hatch for us, too. Black AMs from Susan Mouw, an AMxEE project, my son's meat bird project, and white JG.

Woohooo!!! You're gonna love Susan's blacks! :bun

Well I have babies too! :gig

Adorable!!!!

I had just about given up on a flat of chiles and sweet peppers that I planted almost a month ago. Bought more seeds yesterday to try again. Started putting the flat out in the sun every day, and I have some little sprouts popping up.  They really need heat. Everything else is doing fine.

I have a different batch from a few days ago on a heating pad.  We'll see how they do.  If all else fails, I can pick up transplants at the farmer's market in a few weeks.

I broke my bad record with peppers this year, had them up in about two weeks too! :th I stuck them in the cold frame I built and only really opened it to water them. Had over 60 come up!

!
I had one hatch in the turner last night. Tried to commit suicide in the the egg trays by hanging. Don't know how long it hung. Was gasping and doing the dead chick stretch. Left it alone for a few hours and it is fine :)

:thumbsup started a spreadsheet.

I think I'll work on seeds tomorrow. I hope.

I have a few sets... ummm... no idea when they're due...
