Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

I've often thought how it would be to meet you chaps face to face. I don't do social media but BYC feels kinda different - more grown up (as a concept). I think if I met Sour, I would not say a word ( too much reverence) Blooie and DD would give me a look that would result in the same response, and the rest of you would leave me needing diapers :)

I'm with you concerning the other social media. And there are several members I think I'd enjoy meeting in person.

Diapers? We make you dirty your britches?? :D

:D I've been lucky enough to meet two bycers face to face. Def Not on the same plane as meeting others from social media, they're both great ladies, who I've built ongoing poultry relationships with. The three of us once sat in my yard and visited for hours while watch in the birds...

The real Shame is ur so far away, u could hardly share in the experience :(

Thanks, but I'm the only one here in Kenya - another Kenyan in the states joined a week or so ago, but opted not to be "Kenyan" ( I could tell by their name, but they did not want to play ball). Ho hum. To be honest it's more about peeps that share a similar sense of humour, not keeping chickens - almost all Africans keep 'em).
