No, Chris was gifted a BYC calendar but unfortunately the post can't seem to locate him over in Africa... so I share mine with him this way each month... :)

I've been selected as Education Director of the Ayam Cemani Breeders Association. Since I only started with them 11 months ago thanks to Ravyn and Shade, that's a huge honor. And thanks to meltel for putting another pair into my hands, and to Peepchicken for another pair, and to CJ for some fun fibro crosses. I am getting a few really decent looking chicks, but while I start to build my flock I can be useful in sharing what I've learned on type and selection.

Then when I got home, my rabbit had given birth on the floor of her hutch and three of her five babies had died of exposure. The last two I had to bring in to warm up. Who knows if she'll properly care for them. I'm going to make her feed them tomorrow if she doesn't seem to want to on her own.
