When I received my unit, the turning arm was detatched from the motor. Emailed Brinsea, and they sent the missing part the next day.

I've been happy with their customer service, but have heard stories from others that weren't so lucky.

Guess they trusted you to put it on right, but nobody else???

That ain't no big deal you just described everything I own including me And cabinet incubators have a major design flaw . They hold to many eggs . That ain't really bad except filling it to capacity is a all day job And ifin you is dumb enough to have two it's a two day job

There are bunches of them out there though, so they should still support them... Well, as much as they have in the past, which we know hasn't been great anyway.

I'm curious about the ovation models and I really have considered the Maxi II, but I'm afraid I need bigger

Need to get hubby working on that fridge bator!

You still have to have turners . Keep looking find cheap used GQF cabinet . Let that boy do more important stuff . Talk to walnut before you by anything though .

Peg sleeps on me, lol... she woke me up the other morning sitting on my shoulder giving me kisses... was cute, except some of her kisses were rather vigorous...
