Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Super tiny black is awesome! My black girls are bigger, but they say with seramas, you never know about the offspring!
Darn it on the ones that didn't make it.

I got a super tiny egg from the Serama pen today, smaller than normal. Gotta see how old my young pullet is....

A self blue hatched while I was gone. Not moving much, but looks like it just came out. Very wet still. Ohiki has expanded her pip, and a new pip in another self blue.
I still haven't gotten an egg...... I think it's the weather still.

I went to TSC to get chick feed and, well, oops

Aside from that, I also got a goose egg today that wasn't frozen. So into the incubator it went. Hopefully it's fertile :fl So far only one is laying, hopefully the other female picks up soon. My third female is sterile and I don't think can produce eggs. She didn't lay any last year to my knowledge. We'll see, I do hope she can't lay because I wouldn't want to keep setting a bunch of sterile eggs.

I also ripped the door right off my coop today. So that's been patched up and will await a good solid fix on Tuesday.

Aww! What are they?

:woot Hope its good!

Two red sex link pullets, one production red that they had all alone in one tub for some reason, and one cochin bantam :)

Cuties! Congrats on the egg too. How did you tear off your coop door?

I just sold the last of my cochins, except for the 2 splash that I wanted to keep. I think they might both be male, but I'm still holding out hope on one.

So the eggs I got from Walli. The chocolate fibro sex links yielded 4 girls this time, the last time they yielded a pair. So now I have 5 mauve pullets and a blue cockerel. The chocolate sex link EE yielded 3 girls (2 mauve, one chocolate) last time, this time a mauve girl and a black cockerel.

I would never get this lucky ever again :th
