Don't understand... How can the state of TN determine something is totaled.... We don't have any laws like that.... Here's the insurance company can totally a car out... Allot of people take the money and fix their cars.... They just get what's called a salvage title.... And you cannot reclaim it on insurance.
 
And, your local Northern California weather report (I know, I know, but it's either the weather, my beef with continually producing rosters, or my weird shin injury...)
We have an overcast sky! No, wait, those aren't clouds - that's smoke from a lightning caused fire about 15 miles away. .. sigh. Well, we take whatever form of sun-blocking heat relief we can get!

Again I'm so lucky we don't get that kinda heat here.... We've had maybe three days of temps over 80.

They are awesome eating....if I wasn't already well stocked up I'd be fishing for them.... There are a lot of lakes around here with big Bluegills.... I've caught dinner plate sized Bluegills.... My biggest is 13 inches.

Under Tn. state law if the damage is 75% or more of the value of later model vehicles. The Insurance co. must total the car . It can be repaired and a salvage title issued . If you can find an insurance that will give you full coverage after that your lucky .

Wow that stinks . When East T, burned last year the smoke traveled all the way across the state 435 miles .
