I bet so! I've got a bunch of that kind of grass we just burned it off. .good thing the ducks hadn't been in it!

Hubby usually cuts those down in the fall or spring, burns the base (melted the siding on the house one year, oops!) and they grow back beautiful. He said when he cuts it off real soon, we can cut a chunk out to transplant into the duck pen.
