Remember, I have pretty colored cochin eggs. :D
I can only imagine what an egg shipped from WV to AK would look like when it arrived. :gig

I'm sure I have some tulle laying around in mom's old stuff. Wish I had thought about that for the cochin hatch. I had them marked by pen they came from, and tried to write down colors, but so many hatched while I was gone, I didn't get them all. :/

Love ya Debs! :hugs
You jump in whenever and wherever you want!

:love

Those deringers are awesome!
I made these from coated wire. not sure how well they are going to work yet, design in progress.

I have a horrible migraine today. Can't eat anything, makes me sick to my stomach. But i bet some rainbow sherbert would sure help. :drool
Boo on the migraine! After the one that sidelined my surgery, my Dr. prescribed Imitrex. I have had one since, tried the Imitrex and it worked wonders! I was back to being functional in about 4 hours.

I got 10 hens that were left at the chicken houses I’m working at. They’ve been outside on their own for the last 13 weeks. They were breeders of some sort, I’m thinking Cornish cross breeders? They just seem too heavy to be breeders for laying hens.
Those are some beefy looking birds, Dan!

Oh I do too!!
My poor feather footed birds look awful right now tho:hit
Rain and mud.:sick
at my house the feet get muddy.. and then it freezes... and then they loose toes! Or they get snow and ice balls on the feathered toes...and. .... loose toes! :hit

I would try to remember to check feet every night... but yeah right :sick

Anyway. ... no more of those. :D
