Wipe down the toilet and counters and spray some smell good stuff on the furniture..he'll think you've been busy all day.

My trick is whatever door he comes through, super clean that initial area (he walks into our laundry room first - I have the cleanest laundry room ever).

I finally get to see the internal medicine doctor on Tuesday afternoon . And the scopes are happing on Wednesday morning . I just tried to register on line for that . To much work for me right now . DW will have to help me . I have a list of things I can't take starting tomorrow .

Dh comes through the front door and it's all open in here so I gave up.

We just do immediate family Easter stuff. Every now and then we have people over, but it's a pretty busy weekend for music at church, so that's what gets my attention. Good Friday service is one of my favorites of the year.
@room onthebroom I saw Neely revive his role as JC in Superstar about 25 years ago. His voice had gotten even more thin and reedy sounding. And yeah, it was weird.

Anybody have Easter/Passover plans? We had friends coming into town, but I guess they didn't want to catch the 3-4wk long colds, so they canceled. Last year was the first year we didn't have anybody here & ya know what... It was kinda awesome!!! Didn't have to clean, or cook anything impressive, slept in... I'm hoping for a repeat of that this year.

yeah... always. We are behind everyone else by 1 week this year..so this weekend is our Palm Sunday... but the entire week is full. Saturday is Lazarus Saturday .... and we go from there.

Kind of bummed that I didn't breed my goats earlier.. it would have been nice to have a tasty baby goat for Easter. . or at least a bunch more milk.

I do like it. The lid is kinda funky to open, and you can't see the water in the wells, but otherwise I'm quite pleased with it. Love the view for hatching, that's why I say I may just use it as a hatcher. Incubate in my others and rotate thru this one.

A big brooder for the EE pullets. They were getting much too squished in the storage tub. It'll get a real lid and not just the netting, I just apparently was out of the size screws I need to build it, so I'll have to pick up more screws before I can get it built.

Also did my NPIP testing today. All came back clean so I should get my certification and number within a month.

A big brooder for the EE pullets. They were getting much too squished in the storage tub. It'll get a real lid and not just the netting, I just apparently was out of the size screws I need to build it, so I'll have to pick up more screws before I can get it built.

Also did my NPIP testing today. All came back clean so I should get my certification and number within a month.

They just got here today. (Took 5 days!! Ugh!) I will set them in an hour or so. They came through okay, at least on the outside...

She's going to send me a "test box" with different markings to see if it makes any difference with the post office, since we are only about 2 hours apart. Something fishy is going on.

I made something similar for grow outs, but boy do they go nuts when you reach in from above. Or even walk over and look in. So I added a window down low. It's helped some, but I'm thinking of adding another window on one end.
