No today is day 23 so I shouldn’t be in lockdown. I was going to trace the air cell until I found it! So now it’s in lockdown.

Had my first PT session today, like my therapy doc, he runs the place, lol...

Doesn't want to do aggressive PT due to the rib sticking up out of my chest, but he did a deep ultrasound therapy and something with electrodes that tingled... and tons of heat... really felt good and helped a lot...

Then I went home and undid everything...

Good first part, and I know you gotta do what you gotta do. Just be more careful!!

I have 8 sessions approved, so I'll try... can't make promises, birds gotta eat... and ducks are insane when it's raining, dang chits didn't want to go inside tonight...

He wants to see the scans first as well, he has ordered for them to transfer those over... won't try anything without seeing what actually happened... but mostly he said gentle stretches and exercises along with lots of time to heal...

At least you're getting somewhere now. I'm glad he's looking things over thoroughly and that you like him. Liking one's Dr. makes a big difference in recovery, I think. Having just done 10 PT sessions for my hip, I will tell you that if you do what they say at home, you should notice great improvement soon. (Gentle ones - don't want to hurt you.)

I wish I could have some outside cats, but my dog tends to not let anything that wanders onto the place live.


I hope he feel better and the plague stops circulating through the family...


I don't mind going back (although I'm not thrilled with early mornings again). I'm kind of missing my buddy, and ready to be out among people again.

That’s perfect. Thanks Shaw. I still feel like a first time Mom with my water broke and no to go bag packed. But I’m getting better. Calming down a bit.

Yeah.... April is killing is here..... We got more last night. Not a lot.... But it's been one of those years. No major storms just a lot of small ones.

Had to take the puppers back to the vet yesterday (poor pup) and we hit white out snow squalls all the way there and back!
Sun and cold today and then I think you and I both get the snow coming in Sunday night and again on Tuesday.
