Remember when it came in glass bottles, with the cream floating on top?
I remember those.... and The milk man delivered the milk every morning.... We were living in Vegas then. The Dairy brought us an insulated cooler that was made of Aluminum it sat on the front porch.... Wed put the empties in the box and the next morning the milk man would replace them with Full containers.

Full sun in the AM wasnt so bad but lots of people worked nights and slept late.... so it could be 100 degrees by the time they got up.

Yeah I remember when them aluminum boxes on the porch were the norm...... Haven't seen one in years..... Wish I could get my hands on one......

I am glad i was not there when his dog got out and he ran after it down the road, butt naked! The neighbors were offended by that!
True story.... I'll tell the short version.
When my kid was in kindergarten..... His bus stop was across the train tracks..... He got in too the tracks and freeze scared as the train was coming..... Fast. I heard the whistle blowing and had to run out in my fruit of the Looms through knee deep snow and tackle him off the tracks....a split second before the train hit him........ There was a guy hanging off the front of the train to try and grab him..... Glad I stayed home that day..... I'm tearing up.....ttyl
